Smoothies are a great energy booster first thing in the morning, during the afternoon slump

..or they can cure a sweet tooth at night.

Smoothie Recipes

Brown Bananas:

When your bananas go brown – don’t go bananas! You don’t need to throw them in the garbage because they are attracting fruit flies. You can re-use old bananas by putting them in the freezer. A frozen banana will thaw quickly when held under hot water for 2 minutes. You can use these bananas in Smoothies and healthy baked goodies like Banana Muffins.

I recommend making your smoothie a little fancy if that suits you. I sometimes serve mine in a wine glass, a special mug, or in a fancy glass, topped with a sprinkle

of cinnamon and a slice of fruit on the rim of the glass. Special glasses should not be restricted to the use of alcohol. Use your special glasses to celebrate your health. Cheers!
